Crafted from only the finest organic grapes, our winemakers have created a delectable and refreshing drop from Mclaren Vale that is bursting with white stone fruit and green apple flavours.

The fruit used to craft The Stump Jump Riesling was gently crushed, fermented, and basket pressed. The resulting white wine showcases a light yellow colour. This beautiful Riesling exudes delightful aromas of frangipani, lemon and lime sherbet from its perfumed bouquet. These vibrant fragrances are replicated on the juicy palate, where they are balanced by subtle sweetness and sharp acidity. This wonderful Riesling ends in a zingy and refreshing finale. Crafted to be enjoyed as an aperitif, it can also be served with beef curry, or fresh and raw fish.

An excellent food wine, it matches well with just about any foods you might match a dry white wine to, but fresh white seafood dishes (white fish, squid, prawns & crabs) are perhaps the best accompaniment to this wine.

Grillo is a full-bodied white wine variety originating from Sicily. Winemaker John Gilbert imported and cultivated the variety to Australia, this is the first Grillo in Australia with many producers planting Grillo due to the variety's ability to hold the natural acidity in Australia's warming climate. John Gilbert the 'Godfather' of Grillo in Australia, has produced a full-bodied Grillo with flavours of citrus fruits, apple and almond. A great wine to pair with rich seafood dishes, pasta, pizza and some salty appetisers.

The Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay is a crisp style of white wine, full of flavour and bustling with liveliness just like the Sorrento Township. This is the 1st release of the Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay, a wine that takes a modern twist with exciting new labelling and refreshing winemaking. One of the very best Chardonnays doing the rounds from McLaren Vale due to its lighter, slightly austere nature. Citrus melon and fruit-salad aromas give this Chapel Hill Chardonnay an attractive lifted bouquet and the palate is flavoursome fresh and lively. Great drinking!
