Grillo is a full-bodied white wine variety originating from Sicily. Winemaker John Gilbert imported and cultivated the variety to Australia, this is the first Grillo in Australia with many producers planting Grillo due to the variety's ability to hold the natural acidity in Australia's warming climate. John Gilbert the 'Godfather' of Grillo in Australia, has produced a full-bodied Grillo with flavours of citrus fruits, apple and almond. A great wine to pair with rich seafood dishes, pasta, pizza and some salty appetisers.

Light bodied, bright and bursting with clean, clear flavours of lime and Granny Smith Apple. Mouthwatering acidity and savoury, pithy texture draw out the palate, making it an ideal foil to fresh seafood dishes.

The fruit used to craft The Stump Jump Riesling was gently crushed, fermented, and basket pressed. The resulting white wine showcases a light yellow colour. This beautiful Riesling exudes delightful aromas of frangipani, lemon and lime sherbet from its perfumed bouquet. These vibrant fragrances are replicated on the juicy palate, where they are balanced by subtle sweetness and sharp acidity. This wonderful Riesling ends in a zingy and refreshing finale. It is rumoured that the inventor of the Stump Jump plough, which enabled a ploughshare to jump over tree roots, had poor eyesight and required regular tests to ensure he could still operate machinery.
