Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

Created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the Australian summer garden, this is the original Garden Grown Gin by Grown Spirits. The French perfumers' time-honoured technique of enfleurage is used to extract the delicate scent and flavour from the hero botanical Murraya. It, along with Chamomile, Sage, Rose, Angelica, Orris Root and of course Juniper bring this floral gin alive. On the nose, there are hints of jasmine, sweet honeysuckle and orange blossom.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.

This Barrel Aged Gin combines two great aspects of the Wairarapa: native bush and Pinot Noir. Distillers and brothers Stew and Chris Reid take their Native Gin, which uses three native botanicals (Kawakawa, Manuka and Horopito), and age it for three months in ex-Martinborough Pinot Noir French oak barrels.Not only is this Gin truly reflective of the region it is produced in, but it challenges your perception of what gin can be. Delving further into the abundance of native treasures at the Australian National Botanic Gardens, Ad Crescendum var Flosferam Native Gin continues our collaboration with the gardens. This gin is quintessentially Australian, representative of our native flora and highlighting the importance of conservation at the gardens. The nose is crisp and piney.
