A thrilling must-try red, and a name with a very colourful story behind it. Josef Chromy set up his winery in Tasmania in 2007 aged 76, having escaped from Czechoslavakia in 1950. We are very proud to have a Chromy exclusive, as Tasmania’s highly celebrated wines almost never leave the state! This rather regal Pinot Noir takes its name from the source of its premium fruit – the Marchington Vineyard, planted on the Marchington estate, by a man called John Smith, the alleged illegitimate son of a King of England, shipped to Tasmania in the 1800s. This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

Dry rose with a beautiful salmon blush color this wine was barrel fermented with wild yeast. It displays red berry and apricot characters with grip and texture on the palate.
