Imbue Distillery Suburban Gin
Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.
IronHouse Distillery Strange Omen Small Batch Gin
A subtle and yet complex gin, created using a grape spirit base grown, harvested and distilled at our own East Coast Brewery Vineyard, located in the pristine state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals including locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle. Made for the Gin lover in us all its full flavoured yet subtle finish is enough to compliment any cocktail.
Wildflower Signature Gin
Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.
Boatrocker Jungle Gin
Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper, coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.
Boatrocker Raspberry Gin
To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!
Happenstance Distillery Signature Gin
Happenstance Gin has bright citrus notes that jostle for attention with the juniper for a fresh, citrus-forward gin. On top of lemon, mandarin and lemon myrtle you'll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness.Designed as our go-to for a G&T, it pairs beautifully with a floral tonic and we love adding a fresh strawberry to lift the botanical sweetness.Awarded Gold in the Australian Gin Awards 2020.
Happenstance Distillery Fiesta Gin
Bright and fragrant, Fiesta Gin has a punch of juniper which is cut by the vivid perfume of kaffir lime and soft chamomile. Star anise pairs with a tingle of chilli that resonates on the tongue and leaves lingering warmth to accompany the juniper dancing there. This lively gin pairs well with floral tonic water or soda if you prefer, for a refreshing tipple.Awarded Gold at the Australian Gin Awards 2020.
Headlands Distilling Tidal Lines Gin
Tidal Lines is made from the classic Headlands Distilling Company gin recipe and then infused with native Illawarra Plums over a ~12 month time frame. This gin combines flavours of fresh juniper, rainforest lime, Illawarra Plum, cinnamon, angelica root, orris root and many others!
Hartshorn Distillery Hartshorn Gin Sheep Whey
Besides the Juniper, my aim with this Gin was to only use Tasmanian native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). The use of 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin is found in this Gin.All of the botanicals are vapor infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapor infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. The Gin was designed to have a Beautiful smell. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay.
