Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.

Jail House Gin is a spiced gin with szechuan pepper.A refreshing gin that works well with cucumber or granny smith green apple.

Copperwave distilled Gin follows the classic London Dry style. Made from certified organic spirit, and complex combination of botanicals and extracts, cardamon, coriander, juniper berries and nutmeg, together with virgin rainwater from the Hunter Valley, Australia.

Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanicals Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. Packed full with juniper, this is a gin-lovers gin, full of punchy flavours of juniper, citrus earthiness and just a hint of sweetness to round it out.
