Red Hill Estate Pinot Grigio

This Red Hill Esatate Pinot Grigio comes from the Mornington Peninsula. It is a cool climate wine, which displays aromas of refreshing citrus and lime zest, some confectionery notes with a hint of musk on the nose. It is soft on the palate with freshly cut pears, some minerality and neat acidity back bone. Resulting in a clean crisp after taste that makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood dishes.

Hardy's Stamp of Australia Moscato

Moscato, the perfect summer sipper or partnered with any weekend brunch, is a light bodied fruits driven wine. On top of that, Hardy's have delicately made this Stamp of Australia Moscato with a hint more of rose petals and sweet spices. Well chill before serve.

Grant Burge gb32 Chardonnay

Angas Premium Moscato Non-Vintage

Muscat grapes for this wine were imported from a number of lush vineyards spread across the warm and breezy inland regions of South Australia. The Moscato wine produced using this fruit features a bright hot-pink hue, with the nose exhibiting blissful aromas of lychee, mush, pink flowers and spice. The light and zesty palate are brimming with berry fruit and lemon sherbet flavours, offering a subtle sweetness on the mid-palate. The finish is crisp and refreshing. With an alcohol content of 8.5%, this wine can be enjoyed with as an aperitif, or with foods like Laksa and lightly-spiced Thai salads.

Angas Brut Premium Cuvee Non-Vintage

Bottle fermented and aged on yeast lees, Angas Brut Chardonnay Pinot is a marvellous blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It displays a pale straw colour with slight green hints noticeable throughout the wine. Lifted fragrances of strawberry, cream and biscuit characters from the Pinot Noir fruit makes the nose attractive, while the citrus notes, tight structure and fine acidity provided by the Chardonnay grapes on the palate counterbalance the aromas, leading to a lengthy and persistent climax. Made for drinking fresh and young, serve this wine chilled with Camembert cheese, bay scallops with garlic and parsley butter, and freshly shucked oysters.
