Yering Station Yarra Pinot Noir is a classic Pinot Noir with red/black cherry complimented with brooding earthy undertones and subtle savoury spice on the nose. The palate hints of violets and lavender. Rich black cherry spice surrounded by vanillin oak. Lovely middle palate concentration supported by fine velvet like tannins.

A Shoemaker, also known as a Corviser, once lived at the bridge over the creek. When he passed on, the place was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The Corviser Pinot Noir shows elegance and finesse. Spicy cherry aromas with a characteristically vibrant mouth feel. Combined with the well-integrated oak, it gives a silky finish towards the beautifully balanced wine.

If Pinot Noir could replace blood, Neil Prentice would have it running through his veins. He is absolutely obsessed with the stuff. No fertilizers have ever been used. The vines have never been irrigated.

In the glass: Full deep red. On the nose: Delicate redcurrant, plum, cedar and a light leafy lift. On the palate: Textured with a medium weight core of dark fruit, elegant line and touches of coffee, cherry and savoury oak.

A softly textured Pinot Noir showing aromatic notes of red forest fruits, complex spice and forest floor. A refreshing mid-palate and fine, persistent tannins. The fruit comes from 25 year old vines grown in the deep granite soils of Tumbarumba in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.

This Pinot Noir from Tumbarumba is a vibrant representation of the region. Intense aromas of raspberry and red cherry. Flavours of spice and red cherry on the palate with savoury forest floor notes. Soft tannins with a lengthy finish.
