Penfolds Bin 21 Grenache
Grenache in all its glory. Red fruits proudly lead the charge: raspberries, cranberries and pomegranate. Fragrant coulis on a summer berry pudding. Ferric notes of steel wool and cordite allude to the iron-rich clay soil upon which the vines prosper in the Barossa Valley. Charcuterie aromas of Jamón ibérico and Mojama dry cured tuna notes add an interesting slightly saline nuance. Rubbed olive leaves, sumac spice and ginger peel aromas round out a very enticing nose. Corellas Quill Grenache
The art of Corella's Quill is magestic and delicate. This Grenache has lifted aromas of raspberry and red cherry fruits. Ripe fruity flavours with a touch of spice on the palate. Leaving a medium to long finish. A great match for roasted meats or vegetables.
Hardys Tintara GSM
This Hardys Tintara Grenache Shiraz Mataro is a rich red in colour, with a subtle crimson hue. A delicious aroma of raspberry and red cherry tease the nose, with plenty of earthy notes and spiciness rounding things off.
Hentley Farm The Marl Grenache
Hentley Farm focuses on producing elegant and complex single-estate and single-block wines reflective of their exceptional piece of Barossan terrior. 'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.
