They have sourced a blend of grain and malt whiskeys that when blended together produce a signature soft mouth feel. The end result is a straw gold colour with hints of amber. The nose is malty and fresh, green apples, and opens to a honey butteriness. The palate is soft honey, with hints of brioche, butterscotch, digestive biscuits, orange zest, and stem ginger. It finished warm and elegant.
