To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Jack Daniel's 1907 Tennessee Whiskey is charcoal mellowed and matured in the cooler areas of the barrel warehouse and bottled at 37% alcohol. Because the whiskey does not work its way as deeply into the barrel wood it has a light, slightly sweet taste profile. Jack Daniel's entrusted his famous distillery to his nephew, Lem Motlow in 1907. Lem soon introduced a white-labelled, lighter version of Jacks Whiskey. Jack Daniel's proudly continue this tradition with Jack Daniel's 1907.

A smooth, blended Irish whiskey with a complexity created by triple cask maturing in virgin and seasoned American oak as well as ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Robust nose with pronounced oak spice, rich dried fruity notes, butterscotch, earthy spices and vanilla. With time it develops in dryness and becomes slightly more savoury. Dry finish, earthy spices, and a hint of sweetness. Their signature process involves three types of casks: virgin casks add flavours of toasted oak and vanilla, Tennessee whiskey and bourbon casks add flavours of caramel, banana and butterscotch, and sherry casks add flavours of raisin and spice. Using his finely-honed distilling techniques, Freddy strove to create a vodka recipe that would evoke the memories of his Sicilian honeymoon. And it’s this recipe that led to the creation of Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin. A handcrafted Gin of exceptional quality, that’s bursting with the dynamic citrus flavour of Sicilian blood oranges in every drop, for a smooth, crisp taste of the Mediterranean sun.
