Ten months in French oak (30% new), the fruit from one of our highest yielding vintages is brilliant straw green in colour and displays light citrus aromas combined with white stonefruit and a wonderful creamy multi layered finish from extended time on lees. Excellent cellaring potential.

The 2018 Katana Chardonnay reveals a supple core of white stone fruit and citrus blossom overlaid with tempered edges of minerality. On the palate bright varietal fruit is guided to the finish with nuances of French oak and crisp acidity.

This wine is named after the myriad of paths, tracks and trails that dominate the famous Morialta Conservation Park that are lovingly explored by its visitors. The Adelaide Hills wine region is located nearby and is equally famous for its ability to produce some of Australias best loved wines. Our winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine. Follow the path to discover a nose of apple and spicy pear flavours with hints of creamy oak. Your mouth will be filled with these flavours leaving a long smooth finish. This perfectly crafted Chardonnay is best enjoyed with grilled fish with butter and herbs.

2018 Orlando Lyndale Adelaide Hills Chardonnay,Purity of fruit underlies this wine with an abundance of stone fruit and lemon pith, however it shows plenty of restraint and precision with its tight mineral acid backbone. A multi layered palate with a seamless integration of oak and a harmonious texture that is an outstanding example of modern cool climate Chardonnay.

GinGin. A clone from California, perhaps, but a wine with all of the hallmarks of the Jura. Golden to the eye with an open, slightly oxidative nose (think cashew nuts). Juniper berries and alpine wild flowers with a fresh, rounded texture. Born in the Piccadilly Valley not far from Swaby geographically, made identically in the winery, but ultimately continents apart stylistically. 100% Piccadilly Chardonnay, handpicked, wild-yeast fermentation, whole bunch pressed to barrel, some bâttonage, 10 months in 25% new French oak, unfiltered and unfined, only 50 dozen made.

Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours. The chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess. Zippy and lively this is the perfect sparkling for any celebration. 2022 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc De Blancs pairs perfectly with fresh oysters.

From the Adelaide Hills, this Chardonnay shows pure essence of fresh varietal character. Harvested in the cool early hours of the morning with acidity is at its best, its structure and body give a lush creamy texture and lingering finish. Matured in light French oak for 9 months with extra time on lees has given this wine the softness and complexity on the finish. Aromas of nectarine and nashi pear are quite evident. Best paired with mild, buttery or creamy dishes.
