LTCf stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. This classic Bordeaux blend has plenty of rich and concentrated flavours with fine tannins.

The Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon from the Eden Valley is a wonderfully striking Cabernet with swathes of lifted violets, ripe plums and blackcurrant all supported by a quality oak regime that has integrated brilliantly. While youthful the wine is plump and juicy, it will age very nicely and improve with some careful cellaring over the next decade.

The wines of Suckfizzle can be relished for their essential elements, fruit power and masterly wine making.

Since the first release in 2002, Fraser Gallop Estate have gone from strength to strength, picking up a Jimmy Watson Medal along the way. The Cabernet Merlot is a lovely example of the blend which is so at home in Margaret River. Leafy mulberry on the nose with cassis in the background, and a soft , flavoursome palate. Delicious!

Le Difese (Toscana IGT) is produced by Tenuta San Guido since 2003. It is a 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese blend. The wine is distinguished by a good structure and is extremely supple making it very pleasant and drinkable.

Crisp and fresh acidity are the hallmarks of this Fighting Gully Road Rose that is made from Sangiovese grapes. It is barrel fermented and aged on lees, making this wine with a deliciously savoury dry finish.

The 2002 Heritage Release Cabernet Sauvignon was Mark’s first ever vintage at Gundowring. We rediscovered a small quantity of these bottles while moving stock and having sampled several bottles were delighted that they are drinking exceptionally well, with fresh fruit balanced by soft tannins. With Trudi and Ian’s blessing we’ve labeled them under the Elura label.
