All Cullen Wines are grown on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar. The wines have no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic culture, and are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown, the vintage and the people.

LTCf stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. This classic Bordeaux blend has plenty of rich and concentrated flavours with fine tannins.

The Chandon Rose is pink in colour and delivers enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry and nougat along with spice notes and hints of cherry and ripe strawberry. Chandon Vintage Brut is a fine elegant sparkling produced from grapes sourced from multiple cool-climate regions, with a slant towards quality Yarra Valley fruit. A reductive, flinty aroma overlays quince, nashi pear, pine nut, citrus blossom and lemon zest. Toasty brioche and chalky mineral aromas present in the background. An excellent palate, with primary fruits of tangy lemon and kaffir lime, backed up by secondary flavours of fresh pastry. Tightly wound acidity with remarkable freshness.

This enticing Credaro Kinship Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with bright green highlights lurking throughout. The attractive bouquet exudes scents of cashew, citrus, pear, nectarine and white flowers. The palate is soft and medium to full bodied, containing fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours supported by creamy biscuit undertones. These fruit elements integrate with a fine layer of mineral acidity to provide an elegant structure and a captivating climax. With a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years, this delightful Chardonnay pairs best with vegetable terrines, steamed fish and pastas.

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.

The Lenton Brae Southside Chardonnay plays off the already established Wilyabrup Chardonnay with a fresh, vibrant feel to the wine.
