The bouquet shows great density, ripe concentrated blackcurrant, anise, black cardamom and lifted lavender with hints of black olives and plum aromas. The entry on the palate is soft and succulent whilst displaying a subtle texture with a black core of fruit including boysenberry, dark cherries and olive tapinade. The tannin and acid are seamlessly integrated from the front through to the long and lingering finish.

Fidium' comes from the Latin word meaning 'attuned', which is what producing these wines is all about - attuned with the vineyard, and expressive of terroir.Pale to medium yellow. Peach, pineapple, oatmeal, spun honey and buttered pop corn aromas. A bold and expressive style, with a generous mix of yellow and orange fruit, lovely nutty complexity, toasty vanillin oak and a textural finish.
Munda Wadandi Country Chardonnay Margaret River
Savoury aromatics- minerals, oatmeal and spice are layered with white peach and citrus floral aromas. Complex and enticing. TASTE Flavours of white stone fruit and pear combine with cashew nuts from the oak and a lovely textural mid palate to give complexity. The palate has a line lemon sherbet acid which gives focus and length to the wine.
