Upon the first sniff, the nose is greeted with vibrant aromas of ripe peach and citrus, followed by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate, the wine reveals a rich and creamy texture, showcasing flavours of tropical fruit, lemon curd, and a touch of butterscotch. The oak influence is beautifully integrated, adding depth and complexity to the wine. The finish is long and lingering, with a refreshing touch of acidity. This Margaret River classic has reached a beautifully rounded maturity, softening its initial power into pure elegance. Margaret River makes some of Australias best Chardonnay and while its home to big names, we think Domaine Naturaliste, a smaller operator, is just as great, so were thrilled to share this with you. In the glass: Bright yellow, green highlights. On the nose: Nectarine, pineapple and lime with deluxe barrel notes.On the palate: Velvety with wonderful harmony and oyster shell and sea spray brightness. Lime juice-like acidity drives the intense yet refined fruit core with complex nuances of nougat and struck match.

Capel Vale is family-owned and one of the pioneers of the West Australian wine industry, first planting vines in 1974. And the duck? A symbol of the native mountain ducks that inhabit the nearby Capel River. In the glass: Pale with green freshness.On the nose: Rich and nutty aromas with stonefruit, citrus and struck match. On the palate: Full and generous with complex development under juicy peach and tangy grapefruit. Lovely line and length due to precise acidity, and well-judged oak.

The cool slopes of the Tamar Valley region, located in northern Tasmania, have the potential to produce great sparkling wine. This richly flavoured cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir by Pirie boasts complexity from barrel-aged base wine and reserve blending. It displays the impact of terroir and the favourable interaction of climate and soil on these vines.

This Sparkling rose by Jansz is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. Intense aromas of Turkish Delights, rosewater and strawberries fill the nose, while the mouth comes alive with luscious layers of Pinot truffles and the creaminess of bright rose and strawberry fruits.

Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.

This wonderfully elegant Shiraz shows intense, pristine, blackberry fruit and ripe, silky tannins. It almost has a Pinot Noir elegance to it and, luckily, the quality of future vintages will only be getting better too as Voyager's new clones come on line.
