Crafted in small batches as they use only the most premium quality grapes, fruit for this particular chardonnay is sourced from the fantastic Woodside vineyard in Adelaide Hills. Balanced, bright and creamy, this lovely drop is a tropical bowl packed to the rim with melon, mango, peach and grapefruit. There’s a pillowy softness to the palate and a lively acid line that drives its long finish.

2018 Orlando Lyndale Adelaide Hills Chardonnay,Purity of fruit underlies this wine with an abundance of stone fruit and lemon pith, however it shows plenty of restraint and precision with its tight mineral acid backbone. A multi layered palate with a seamless integration of oak and a harmonious texture that is an outstanding example of modern cool climate Chardonnay.

The fruit for this wine was grown at the Hill Smith Vineyard at Woodside in the Adelaide Hills. The vines at this east-facing vineyard grow in alluvial loam, limestone, shale and quartz, at an altitude of around 400m. Thanks to near-perfect weather, 2021 promises to be one of the best Adelaide Hills vintages in recent memory.

Selected from a single vineyard at Kuitpo. A northerly facing slope provides the warmth to produce lifted stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours while the cool nights maintain the elegance and mineral acid backbone which gives ageing ability and life to the wine. This Chardonnay exhibits fresh and bright with complex aromas of white rose, melon and cashew. Impeccably balanced with a creamy texture and an acid structure reminiscent of lemon sorbet. The finish is long and dry and a perfect accompaniment to your favourite seafood dish.
