Tyrrell's Vat 1 Semillon is one of Australia's great white wines and has the capacity to age superbly in the bottle. David Hook has over 25 years experience with Tyrrell's and Lake's Folly, and in that time established his family vineyard in the Lower Hunter Valley. The Pinot Grigio is a warm climate interpretation, full of rich, sweet fruit and spice with acidity in support.

Sitting atop a high hill in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Bimbadgen have been producing quality wines like their Verdelho since 1968. Pineapple and tropical fruits arise on the nose followed by a citrus and troplical palate with lovelly herbal notes on the finish.

This newly released single vineyard Semillon has already been awarded two gold medals and 96 points rating from James Halliday (2013 Edition). It's vibrant and youthful in style and glistens with a seamless exhibition of bright citrus, gentle stone fruit and honeyed nuances.

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier. This wine tastes best consumed with shellfish, pastas and fish pates.

This irresistible luscious dessert wine has concentrated flavours of honey / marmalade, dried apricots and peaches. Its silky mouth feel, light palate and fresh citrus finish make it a favourite for sweet wine lovers.
