Tulloch Hunter Valley Verdelho
From the Hunter Valley region NSW this wine has the distinctive fresh tropical fruit flavours of the Verdelho grape. With flavours of ripe melon and fig it is a wine worthy of any long afternoon lounging around. 'ALONG with the focus on fresh-faced chardonnays there is this variety, which is increasingly picked and crafted into a zingy style, more than richer, flabbier, duller versions. This bargain highlights such contemporary success: a dash of lime over custard apple and a light creaminess to mirror the fruit, spicy noted with a fruit sweetness sure to rock with chilli salted seafood.' - Daily Telegraph, Tony Love.
Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay
The grapes used to craft Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay were sourced from Inglewood Vineyard in Hunter Valley. Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. Pair it with chicken Caesar salad, pork chops with tarragon, or steamed mussels, to relish its grand flavours to the fullest.
Hungerford Hill Fish Cage Chardonnay
This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier.
