Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. We pass alcohol vapour through a mixture of juniper and hop, creating a perfect fusion of flavours. Our classic Small Batch flavour with a delicate but rich hoppy nose and a long smooth finish.

A warming spice-driven gin with a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed. Sublime is our award winning recipe relaunched into our permanent collection after being awarded gold and Champion Small Batch Spirit at the 2019 Australian Distilled Spirit Awards. Sublime Point one of our favourite spots in the Illawarra. Iconic, distinctive. We named our landmark gin after it. The most recent addition to the Wandering Distillery gin line up Odyssey is a great representation of our journey so far. Conceived in Victoria, refined in Western Australia and launched amid the Covid pandemic its definitely taken an interesting path to get to this point. Featuring a beautiful balance of 9 botanicals including finger lime, lemon myrtle, hemp and rosemary Odyssey is a versatile gin that can be savoured neat or with your favourite tonic selection.

Every good journey deserves a moment of introspection or Naval Gazing and so it is that our Navy Strength Gin earnt its name. Its hard to believe that 57.6% abv can drink so well neat and is equally at home in cocktails, or with any tonic for a great G&T.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!
