On top of lemon, mandarin and lemon myrtle you'll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness.Designed as our go-to for a G&T, it pairs beautifully with a floral tonic and we love adding a fresh strawberry to lift the botanical sweetness.Awarded Gold in the Australian Gin Awards 2020.

Haiver Botanical Gin
This guys bringing Juniper, and lots of it! Weve done this by using Macedonian berries distilled on our very own Copper Pot Still, named Ron. Who better to compliment our Juniper than the delicate flavours of Strawberry and Mint, along with all the other usual suspects. Weve achieved this via new world techniques being a Rotary Evaporator, otherwise known as cold vacuum distillation. Boiled at 30 degrees my friends! Keeping all that fresh flavour in... You can look forward to being reminded of the strawberry Lip Smacker and mint flavoured Extra bubblegum of your first kiss, minus the sweaty palms and braces.
Haiver Modern Classic Gin
Savoury, savoury, savoury! We've really explored what the rotovap can do with our take on a modern gin. We've added habanero and sunflower seed to create a relationship between fruit and savoury. The drink gets a good whack of spice from cinnamon and bayleaf then a touch of sweetness from passionfruit all of which is cold distilled maintaining freshness and vigour. On the still juniper has been macerated, distilled and vapour infused for maximum flavour which compliments and provides the back bone for the rest of the drink. The Modern Classic with a good tonic and wedge of lemon is nothing but exciting. I can not wait for you to experience the pull between the sunflower seed and quinine, the cinnamon hit, citrus and perfectly balance juniper backbone we've so painstakingly balanced. If you're after something a little more adventurous try a wedge of reddish. You'll be pleasantly surprised... Enjoy!
Mt Uncle Distillery Botanic Australis Northern Gem Gin

The structured blend allows it to stand out from any other gin on the market with its unique tropically floral taste. A hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Vanilla, mango leaf and then a hint of tea tannin topped off by a peppery fragrant aftertaste. Try the words first gin that uses mango leaf and indulge in the tropics!
