Tolley has been a name synonymous with the great wine for over a century. The dense and taut palate is packed with sweet berry flavours of blueberries, dark plums and smoky spices, supported by a gentle touch of oak toast. This is a vibrant red wine, with flavours of rich red and dark berry fruit. The finish is soft with vanilla oak and fine tannins creating good balance and length.

Take It To The Grave Shiraz is vivid red and purple in colour with an expansive nose of blackberries, blood plums and chocolaty oak. The palate is opulent and inviting with dark plum and blackcurrant fruit flavours matched by dried herbs, cloves and subtle spicy oak.

Church Block first appeared back in 1972 under the watchful eye of Greg Trott and was taken by one of the original vineyards that ran alongside the small Bethany Church, across the road from Wirra Wirra's old ironstone cellars. Over the last 4 decades, it has become one of Australia's favourites. The 2005 Church Block is showing just what a little patience can do. After six years, the velvet texture is the dominant feature with integrated tannin taking a backseat.

Riesling is the most important grape for the Clare region and the Clare examples are some of the best the country produces. This is a beautiful example displaying excellent fruit definition with the typical lime, citrus peel and talc notes and is another classic in the making.
