The Dirtman Shiraz by Gibson Wines is named after Rob Gibson, owner and winemaker. With love of viticulture and the soil, Rob has always been referred to as The Dirtman. This attractive Shiraz has wonderful rich, dark cherry notes with plums and a touch of apricot thrown in. The texture on the palate is vibrant with a length that is simply perfect.

Lifted aromas of blackberry and blueberry accompanied by vibrant dark berry fruits on the palate . The finish is long and with fine grain tannins from 18 months maturation in French Oak. Neville Rowe, Chief Winemaker, first discovered the wonder of wines as a teenager, when he stole a bottle of aged Riesling from his father’s cellar to enjoy with his girlfriend – he hasn’t looked back since! Neville is a firm believer that the most important piece to the puzzle (in terms of winemaking) is starting with the best quality fruit.

This wine is a celebration of Grant Burge as a 5th generation Barossa vigneron. This rich Cabernet Merlot has concentrated redcurrant and dark plum flavours, supported by fine tannins and spicy oak. The refined structure of this wine makes it a great match with a wide range of dishes including barbequed meats and hearty tomato dishes.

Beginning with Langmeil Valley Floor Shiraz's vibrant purple colour, this wine exudes classic Barossa character. The bouquet offers aromas of kirsch, chocolate, berries and warm earth while the palate is laden with rich, ripe and lingering blackberry spice and peppery flavours.

Deep and bright colours with a purple hue, the Optimist Shiraz also offers aromas of lifted satsuma plum, raspberry, violet flower, with a hint of cherry oak. The palate is bursting with bright fresh blue fruits, a rich middle palate with lots of satsuma plum and dark cherries. Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Opening with blueberries, black cherry and cocoa powder the aromas lead to hints of tobacco leaf, Sichuan pepper and rose water. Redcurrants and blueberries are prominent on the palate, with a creamy plush mid palate that finishes with fine dark chocolate tannins.
