Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, Colonial's master brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australias hop heroes to create the perfect pale. The result is a tropical-tinged treat that's a glowing golden in colour, with subtle hints of passionfruit, pine and spicy botanics. Smooth and approachable but packed with aromatic hops, Colonial Pale Ale is brewed to linger on the palette, not overpower it.

There's nothing traditional about this one. ABV: 40%, Method: Single Shot Pot, Still: Doris. Inspired By: Warning: Many roses were harmed in the making of this gin. This cheeky number tastes like a sweet Turkish Delight. The great divider – you will either love it or hate it. Tasting Notes: A soft and floral gin with a super rosey aroma, this sweet spirit will linger on your palate. Botanical Profile: Juniper base notes with rose, pistachio, ginger and highlights of lemon. Production Method: Single shot, pot distilled, the gentle hue of this spirit is achieved by maceration with hibiscus flowers post-distillation. Serving Suggestion: Perfect for cocktails or in a G&T with a twist.

Scorpo produces another excellent example of Pinot Gris from the Mornington Peninsula. Lifted aromas of pear apricot and green apple lead into a palate rich and silky in texture, the flavours showing depth and complexity, the acidity in perfect balance.

Stonier is a master of regularly providing excellent cool-climate Mornington Chardonnay at a very reasonable price, the last coule of vintages proving to be exceptional! Fresh and delicate with sherbet and citrus flavours, short term cellaring will be repaid.
