This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Made using the Petillant Naturel method aka Pet Nat, this wine is a rock star in and out of the bottle. Made from a blend of the energetic chardonnay from the famous Saltwater River vineyard and pinot noir rose. It sees a small amount of new oak for added texture.
