Dalwood Estate Hunter Valley Shiraz

Dalwood Estate Shiraz is from the rich red soils of the Hunter Valley. Current vintage was warm and dry with low yielding and concentrated fruit. Deeply coloured with red fruits and spice followed by a seamless palate with well integrated oak.

An extremely lifted aromatic profile reminiscent of violets and/or other sweet floral notes. These are complemented by a black/blueberry fruit flavours that taste sweet and ripe. On the palate the wines tend to display a degree of texture and has an extremely generous body due to the fine tannin and acidity interplay

RERSERVE SHIRAZ

This wine is medium bodied, brightly coloured with an array of berries pepper and spices on the nose combined with coffee aromas. The palate is soft and long with distinctly savoury characters, finishing with velvet tannins. It is a delicate wine, focused on balance and structure.

RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This wine is vivid purple in colour with aromas of black current, blueberry, leather and spice. The palate is long and layered with black and blue fruits, and layers of leafy complexity with tobacco and chocolate notes.

DRAYTONS FAMILY WINE HERITAGE VINES SHIRAZ

Made using grapes from vines over 100 years old. Colour is mid cherry red with purple highlights. Wine has aromas of plums, blackberries and roasted red and brown spice with subtle chocolate oak. The palate is medium bodied with red fruit flavours and soft spicy oak and a long velvety finish.

Hungerford Hill Classic Hunter Valley Shiraz

Shiraz from the hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine which ages gracefully. Vibrant red fruit aromas flow through to a medium bodied palate which is long and seamless. The red plum and black cherry aromas lead to a fruit driven and softly textured palate with background vanillin and spice from oak barrel maturation.

From our humble beginnings in the 1960s, we've grown over the past 50-odd years to incorporate the award-winning Sweetwater vineyard as well as the famous Dalwood vineyard, which is considered the birthplace of Australian wine and the country's oldest continually operating vineyard.

Bimbadgen Single Vineyard McDonalds Road Shiraz

The colour is dark crimson. It has aromas of lifted red and blue berry and oak spice. It is elegantly structured with dark plum and red fruits with a hint of blueberry, integrated oak carried by silky tannins and supple acidity.
