On the palate it is very pretty, aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of Pineapple and passionfruit. Deep copper rosé colour, white vinification, non-filtered and refined on the lees for 6 months in cement tanks and, finally, 2 months in the bottle prior to its release. The nose is fresh and greeted by wild roses, thyme and rosemary, with hints of red fruit, especially cherry and raspberry. Well balanced acidity and fragrant on the palate, lively and intense pomegranate flavour, recalling geranium petals and herbaceous notes. Long and persistent finish.
