Neigbourly by Ravensworth Bianco
Not wholly made of Italian varieties, the Bianco regional blend comprises Fiano (58%), Trebbiano (39%) and a little bit of Riesling and Chardonnay acidity and body. While the varieties in the Rosso hail from the north and midwest, the varieties in the Bianco take coastal mideast (Trebbiano) and the south (Fiano) and the aromas and flavours are all Italian. The Fiano gives the wine its honey, spice and a mild tang of fresh pineapple while the Trebbiano offers a brush of savoury sage. Just don't allow this wine to get too cold and miss out on the detail in the wine.

Château du Moulin-à-Vent Chardonny
On our granitic soils, the only red grape variety of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation flourishes. When young, it makes fresh and fruity wines. Over a longer period of time, it maintains its freshness while becoming increasingly complex and elegant. In spite of its daintiness, Gamay also features an impressive ability to adapt, particularly in the face of climate change: located at the northernmost tip of its region, Gamay will make fresh wines of standard alcohol level even for the most solar vintages.
