Lark Hill Blanc De Blancs NV is a lively, vibrant and refreshing aperitif.

Classic Borossa Chardonnay. Rich flavours of stonefruit and melon with lifted citrus aromas. Secondary ferment and maturation in French oak hogsheads adds subtle complexity and full mouthfeel.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. Deep ruby red with a lovely youthful violet hue. A fragrant nose of fresh blueberries, a little vanillin, mixed spice, cedar and a floral hint of perfumed violets. Approachable, graceful palate of mulberry and blueberry compote. Up front, juicy flesh of plum with underlying notes of chocolate coated coffee beans, mint, black pepper, and a hint of earthy truffles. A solid backbone of supporting acidity extends these characters towards the finish.

A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.

This fabulously affordable bubbly from the Vouvray region of the Loire Valley in northwest France. It has both ripe apple fruit and toasty flavours that work best with seafood. Deliciously different and well worth a try.
