Zephyrus is a Shiraz Viognier blend typically showing floral perfume and fleshy spicy black berry fruit. The wine is named as a homage to Zephyrus, Greek God of the west wind. Grapes are sourced from a vineyard site situated on a plateau on the north-western edge of the Barossa Valley, which captures the cool westerly winds. The two varieties are harvested and co-fermented together for colour and aromatic lift. Extended maceration and plunging of the cap for structure is followed by maturation in hogsheads for 18 months.

This blend is unbaked which highlights the natural fruity character of the wine. There's lots of spicy cherry notes with blackberry and plum. Serve with slow-roasted pork shoulder and lots of greens. Two Hands is a winery that rarely puts a foot wrong, and the 'Gnarly Dudes' is no exception. The Gnarly refers to the gnarled old Shiraz vines this wine comes from. Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant,bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.

This fine mature tawny is made from the Barossa’s traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz, and has been blended to an average age of a 10-year-old wine. This exhibits a sweet and mellow palate with developed fruit and oak tannin characters.This tawny wine is assessed and re-blended into a solera-based system, enabling us to consistently release wines of such high quality. Only a strictly limited quantity of 10-year-old tawny is drawn from the solera for bottling each year, and the barrels are topped up with selected younger wine.
