His home state of South Australia is blessed with two of the rare places where Riesling truly shines, and John has melded the generous floral aromatics and rich flavour of the Clare Valley with the fine and refreshing acidity of the Eden Valley Riesling to craft this generous, yet complex Riesling. Located at Angle Vale, the Carypidis family have been producing high quality Pinot Grigio for Yalumba for a number of years and were Certified Organic in 2010. This beautiful example exhibits jasmine and white flowers, which are complemented by cinnamon quill and all spice. These are met by crunchy nashi pear acidity and a musk stick finish.

This sparkling wine is named after our grandmother Merle "Dulcie" Spry also affectionately known as Granny Cookie. It has been made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine shows a fine bead with a lifted floral aroma and fresh fruit forward palate with subtle yeast characteristic, it finishes with a refreshing touch of apple and citrus.

Classic South Australian Shiraz flavours of wild dark berries, ripe blood plans and exotic spice. The palate is supple and fruit driven with a mouth-filling burst of spicy, dark berry fruit flavours wrapped in fine tannins before a bright and very long, plush finish.

Classic Grenache red fruited flavours of bright cherry and raspberry with stone minerals and subtle cedar oak spice. Delightfully fresh and fragrant with soft roiund tannins and a lovely long finish.
