The soils here are rich in limestone and quick draining, which concentrates the rich flavours of the grapes. The result here is a lavishly rich and expressive wine that definitely impresses. The regions humidity and cool temperatures are partnered with hot dry summers allowing the vineyards to produce perfect maturity in the grapes packed with fruity aromas. Thanks to a heritage of over 2000 years of winemaking traditions and an integration of climates, reliefs and soils, this region is home to a diversity of extraordinary wines. It is the patchwork of wine growing areas in Pays dOc that creates an expression of these grape varieties that are unique. This allows us to produce a versatile range of wines reflective of the region.

This Grenache was cultivated in the south of France, between Béziers and Perpignan, near the Mediterranean coast.The 20- to 50-year-old sloping vineyards are located on clay-silty soils coming from the old Aude river, and from the clay-limestone soils of the Minervois PGI area. Deep purple in color with vivid highlights. Intense nose of red fruits, notes of soft spices . The palate is rich, well-balanced, round withnotes of fresh fruits coulis such as raspberry, strawberry, blueberry. Notes of spices lend freshness to the wine.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grapes, harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum freshness and aroma. Gently pressed to create the delicate pink colour and maintain fruit purity. Deep pink in colour with purple hues, the nose reveals intense aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries with notes of garrigue. The mouth is delicious and fresh.
