Oliver's Taranga have a long and distinguished history in the McLaren Vale and are custodians of some of the premier vineyard land in the region. Corrina Wright is now the winemaking brain behind this progressive winery and her Shiraz is a modern masterstroke. Smoke and bacon on the nose with sweet and savoury tones. Soft fruit flavours luscious mouth feel and great length to this wine. Delicious.

Cabernet Sauvignon is theclassic grape of Los Vascos’ vineyard and is the variety on which the estate has built its reputation. This 2020 vintage has a deep and intense ruby colour. The nose exhibits aromas of red fruit like plum and cherry, laced with notes of ripe strawberries, nutmeg, cocoa, thyme, and black pepper. On the palate the wines features ripe tannins and good structure, with a nice concentration and persistence.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.

Penfolds RWT Shiraz is a big juicy Barossan Shiraz refined by the use of older French oak barrels. 1998 is considered to be one of the classic vintages of the modern age. Drinking wonderfully now but with many years still to come in its development, this is a great addition to any cellar.
