Grant Burge 10 Year Old Tawny Port

This fine mature tawny is made from the Barossa’s traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz, and has been blended to an average age of a 10-year-old wine. The winemaking: this tawny wine is assessed and re-blended into a solera-based system, enabling us to consistently release wines of such high quality. Only a strictly limited quantity of 10-year-old tawny is drawn from the solera for bottling each year, and the barrels are topped up with selected younger wine. The wine: this wine is blend of the Barossa's traditional varieties, exhibiting a sweet and mellow palate with developed fruit and oak tannin characters.

Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximenez

The name Emilio Lustau has not only become synonymous with highest quality sherry. 'Lustau' is about super-fresh tapas and cutting-edge food and wine pairing. It is about complexity and harmony, elegance and balance, intensity and persistence. This is 21st century Pedro Ximenez wine, almost black in colour. A pronounced and delicious bouquet of the essence of sweet raisins. The taste is very sweet, smooth, pronounced and delicious just like dried raisins or sweet grape juice.

Kalleske JMK Shiraz VP

Kalleske JMK Vintage fortified has been made in honour of John Malcolm Kalleske who has hand tended the vineyard where the fruit for this fabulous VP is sourced from for over 50 years. Kalleske's first attempt at a vintage fortified has seen it excel beyond belief. A very 'serious' style fortified without any of the candied sweetness sometimes evident in Australian 'ports', but a lip-smacking sweet/savoury blend that is at home more in Portugal than in the Barossa Valley. Outstanding.

Gutierrez Colosia Fino del Puerto

Bottled January 2014. Raised near the Atlantic, Finos del Puerto have a moderated briny character and sit stylistically between Manzanilla and Finos Jerezanos.

Principe Barbadillo Amontillado

Barbadillo and their quality Sherry's have been an integral part of the Jerez region since 1821. Located in the south-western area of Spain and apart of the all important 'Jerez Triangle', Barbadillo provide not only some of the very best Sherry here in Australia, but some of the best value for money. This Principe Amontillado is a quirky style that is in fact a fortified aged Manzanilla. Plenty of spice, hazelnut and almond meal characters. The finish is wonderfully long and exceptionally rich for an Amontillado.

Delgado Zuleta La Goya Manzanilla

Manzanilla is the appellation name for a Fino sherry which is raised at Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a relatively cool, humid seaside village. The resultant sherry by Delgado Zuleta has a definite tang of the sea, and perhaps a suggestion of camomile flower (manzanilla is Spanish for camomile). Much finer, and more delicate than finos from Jerez. Camomile and oyster-shell aromatics, Chablis-like mid-palate fruit, long and tangy.

D'Arenberg Nostalgia Rare Tawny

The oldest release every year from dArenberg, the palate is very lively, tingling with spice and lift a fantastic balance of freshness and age. The Nostalgia is blended to an average age of more than 15 years, comprising up to 40 various fortified wines.
