A Shoemaker with the finest skills and dedication to his craft once lived at the bridge over the creek. It was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The VSP Shiraz is a well-balanced wine, which shows rich dark fruits aromas mixed with mocha and spice oak aromas. Oak is well integrated and gives the wine a nice long flavoursome finish.

New French oak gives spicy notes and fine tannins that complement the dark fruit cake aromas and flavours provided by the ripe fruit used to make this wine. Match with spicy and full flavoured meat dishes.

The fruit was sourced from the warmer foothill regions of Heathcote. The wine was left on skins for up to 7 weeks then pressed and put to seasoned barrels for 6 months Medium red in colour with hints of tobacco leaf and prunes.The palate is rich and textural with firm tannins.
