The Lodge Hill vineyard is a masterstroke of the Jim Barry range of wines. Adding yet another layer of complexity to this producer's arsenal, Lodge Hill (at 480m) is one of the highest vineyards in the Clare, and sends down a bath of chocolate infused blackberries with liquorice spice. Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

This Shiraz is sourced from only the best vineyards and crafter to pay homage to William Light's legacy for exploring, surveying and planning numerous famous South Australian icons. This deep red Shiraz is filled with aromas of blackberry and plum intergrated with toasty vanillian oak. On the palate it delivers layers of spice, cherries and chocolate flavours, with well-balanced tannins.

Grown not too far from our own vineyard, this bright cherry red medium bodied wine displays a slight perfumed spiciness with hints of white pepper. Carefully balanced with 25% new French oak, wonderful fruit characteristics and gentle tannins, this is a wine that will reward patientcellaring.
