The distinctive, geologically complex terroir of Chavot and the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay in general is very different to the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims areas where our other growers are based, and the style of wine is creamier and with more fruit.

Created in homage to Louise Pommery, daughter of Madame Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a wine of exceptional and absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of the knowhow of the Maison Pommery.Cuvée Louise finds its origin within three grands crus; Avize, Cramant and Aÿ - true gems of the Champagne region.The 2006 vintage, uniquely available in half bottle size, expresses all its lightness and delicacy with subtle minerality. The harmony is perfect. Aromas of white flowers are wonderfully associated with hints of prunes and white peaches, creating a silky and fine effect. It embraces the palate with grace and elegance, the finale is long and tense.

AR Lenoble Champagne is one of the rare producers in Champagne that has been consistently family-owned and entirely independent since the very beginning. Grand Cru from the village of Chouilly provides the grapes for this exceptional wine, the vineyards are farmed sustainably and with the utmost care for land. 100% Chardonnay, this wine is based primarily on the 2017 vintage and receives a minimal (2g/L) dosage to balance its formidable acidity. The house of Besserat de Bellefon was founded in 1843 near Ay in Champagne, and is now based in Epernay. The hallmark of the house is the lower than normal pressure that the wine is kept at under cork. This lower than normal pressure does not reduce the effervescence, but softens it, allowing the wine to partner better with food. The Blanc de Blancs - delicate and subtle citrus displaying a pure form of elegance. Delamotte was found in 1760 and is one of the five oldest Champagne houses. Based in the Grand Cru Village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Cote des Blancs, the house is reknowned for the delicacy and elegance of their cuvees. A 100% Chardonnay from six select Grand Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger brings fine acidity, minerality, and saline characters; Avize brings balance and structure; Oger brings generosity and fruit expression; Cramant brings minerality and smoky complexity, Chouilly structure and length, and Oiry the texture, body, and roundness. With six years of ageing on lees, this cuvee is characterised by its pure, direct, and intense flavours of citrus flavours, saline notes, and complex notes of freshly baked brioche. This Champagne will easily enhance a range of dishes, from oysters to beef tartare, and will comfortably age for another decade.

This Paul Bara Special Club Champagne only uses grapes that are Estate Grown and Grand Cru rated. Resulting in a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with elegant fruit flavours on the palate. And a crisp finish.

Mumm 4 is a striking, modern reinterpretation of the champagne maturation process breaking all the traditional codes associated with champagne. This mature wine is clearly labelled to show the number of years spent on the lees rather than any specific vintage year. The look: Exuberant bubbles with reflections of gold, showing discrete maturity. The aromas: Complex ripe aromas of yellow and white fruit, peach marmalade and buttercream alight entice. The taste: Fresh, lively and rounded, yet with a tension that plays right through to the finish. Mumm 4 can be savoured slowly to enjoy the deep complexity or enjoyed matched with poultry with chanterelles and apricot compote, or truffled Brie.

This Peper-Heidsieck 2006 Vintage Brut is an elegantly charming wine. With aromas of dried fruits, hints of red and black fruits and warm spices, it is intense and enticing on the nose. A densely structured wine, it has generous fruits on the palate with a touch of smoked tea and toasted almonds leading towards a lengthy finish.
