36 Short Rhubarb Gin. Made with South Australian Rhubarb, grown for Virginia Spirits. A delicately smooth gin enhanced with a distinctive floral and rhubarb bouquet giving it a crisp and refreshing finish to the palate.

Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. Gin made at the Glen Ewin Estate Adelaide Hills (South Australia). Willa, the owner of the farm owns 12000 fig trees. 25 years chemical free, Estate grown Figs poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. The gin botanicals and spirit show early on the nose with all the fig showing on the palate. Pour over ice and enjoy or add some lime for a flavor explosion, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity which stretches the profile, then add a little good tonic to create the perfect G&T.

The rose and hibiscus produce its blush hue and delicate aroma, and the Sichuan, Lemon Thyme & Mandarin marry a spice element that harmonizes the unique floral palette. With its backbone of traditional juniper berry, 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is smooth yet complex enough to enjoy straight up, in a delicate floral citrus cocktail, with sparkling water or traditional tonic. The unique floral notes lend to an array of garnishes, cucumber, rosemary, mandarin, or your traditional lemon, albeit in a twist. Blending rose petals with the traditional, native, and Asian ingredients together has resulted in a wonderful gin that reminds its creator of soft pink sunset in the Hinterlands.

The Artwork for this limited bottling of 23rd Street Distillery Yuzu Gin was created by local Artist Claire Ishino (SA), the inspiration is Japanese sunsets blending with our Australian climate and of course the Riverland Yuzu fruit. In our Copper Pot No. 3, we vapour-infuse pure Australian sugarcane base with a quadruple burst of citrus and refreshing spice mélange. Fruit is gathered from a single Riverland orchard. Highly fragrant Yuzu and Buddha's Hand fruit are incorporated whole, and from Cara Cara and Blood Oranges we use the hand-peeled rind. Juniper, Chamomile and Coriander plus Australian natives Cinnamon Myrtle, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Gum complete the assembly of aromatics. A sense-awakening postcard from today's Riverland. Traditional citrus and botanicals are brightened and heightened by native spices and elegantly perfumed Yuzu and Buddha's Hand. Opulent soft floral citrus aromas set the scene. The refreshing palate presents juicy sweetness followed by lingering zest and warmth. Best served as a thirst-quenching G&T, which reveals its naturally 'cloudy' mixing effect.
