Etsu, which translates to Pleasure in Japanese, is distilled on the Northern Island of Hokkaido in Japan.100% hand crafted with orange and fresh Yuzu on the nose. The palate is full bodied, with orange peel characters. The finish is fresh and well balanced.

A uniquely crafted artisan gin from the Yomeishu distillery combines 11 botanicals dominated by Kuromoji or Lindera umbellata, an aromatic tree native to Japan. We redistill our shch with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
