Paringa Estate's The Paringa Shiraz is a multi-trophy winning wine that has been carefully selected from barrels prior to bottling due to the stand-out quality that was easily identifiable. Sourced from Lindsay McCall's estate, this Shiraz is almost eternal in flavour length and intensity. Flavours of plum, raspberry, redcurrant are accompanied by black pepper, anise and vanilla. Fine grained and in balance tannins complement the extraordinary fruit weight to deliver a wine that will reward careful cellaring.

Spicy cool climate Shiraz is fermented with whole bunches of a small portion of the white Viognier grape to produce this elegant style. Attractive floral notes of white flowers and peach blossom are enhanced by French oak and Rhone-like pepper and spice on the palate. Time in our cellaring programme has buffed the 2014 wine to a very smooth finish.

Yarra Yering is one of the oldest and most beautiful vineyards in the Yarra Valley consisting of 28 hectares of vines located at the foot of the Warramate Hills. Established in 1969 by Dr Bailey Carrodus the 1973 vintage saw the production of the first vintage of Dry Red Wines – No’s 1 & 2. This saw Yarra Yering quickly gain an international reputation for quality and individuality.

Absolutey fresh A.F. Only 10% whole bunches, but that is enough to bring a hypnotic and spicy fragrance to the wine. It's one of those Pinots you could simply smell all day - bright red berries, green stems, clay and white pepper all come through. The palate is juicy, bright and refreshing. It has a high acid count, making this a dangerously drinkable bottle of wine. Give it a chill and a serve in big splashy glasses. Delicious and friendly, which is what wine should be.
