The palate is finely structured, with bright acidity and supple tannins carrying fresh red fruits through to a long, poised finish — a suave yet serious Pinot Noir.

Savour on its own or enjoy as an outstanding accompaniment to a duck or game dish, alternatively stuffed wild mushrooms as a vegetarian option.
