An excellent food wine, it matches well with just about any foods you might match a dry white wine to, but fresh white seafood dishes (white fish, squid, prawns & crabs) are perhaps the best accompaniment to this wine.

Pale in colour, this bright, fresh Picpoul has lifted aromas of Spring blossoms, lemon myrtle and lemon zest. The palate displays green apples, honeysuckle, lemon and lime making it a lovely fresh, crisp drinking white wine. Originating from the South of France, Picpoul is famously paired with Oysters and seafood. Best enjoyed chilled.

This zesty Chardonnay offers beautiful ripe nectarine flavours, slight citrus notes & is balanced with faint spicy cedar influences from a gentle touch of oak treatment. Vibrant & pristine, this wine will compliment white meats & Asian influenced cuisine.

Clean, crisp and dry but much more textural than the standard Fiano. A great example of careful skin contact displaying lemon pith and complex white tannins.

This variety made famous by the Loire Valley is starting to gain a footing in Australia. Coriole Chenin Blanc is fresh and elegant on the palate, comprising pineapple and gooseberry fruits with an attractive smoky finish.
