Jim Barry is a master of Riesling and this 2014 vintage won't disappoint. It opens with aromas of lifted spice, orange blossom and lime. This offers a huge volume of flavour of grapefruit, lime and spice, with a palate that exhibits great line and drive. There is a creaminess to the palate balanced by the crisp acidity on the finish.

Mount Horrocks Semillon strikes the perfect balance between being aromatic and oaked. It also strides the line by being more full-bodied than Riesling but lighter than Chardonnay. Take pleasure as you swirl the pale straw wine in your glass, sniff the shy but appealing apple and ripe pear aromas, and sip the vibrant and refreshing fruit flavours of apple, white peach and lemon. The vanillin oak influence renders a silky texture, leading to a complex, elegant, long and dry finish. Match this wine with seafood such as oysters, crab, clams, fish and prawns. This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation.
