2014 Orlando Bungalow Lane Cabernet Sauvignon,A dense wine with dark, brooding flavours. Assertive tannin combines with intense plum and chocolate to give a wine that will age gracefully.

Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.

Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. This wine is dark intense textured and abounds with wonderful chocolate and mint characters.

The Torbreck Les Amis Grenache is aged for 18 months in new oak and is a remarkably fragrant wine that shows abundant aromas of spice, cherry and wild raspberry. This is seriously good Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. Displaying blackcurrants and plums with a hint of cigar box and soft supple velvety tannins.

In the glass: Deep garnet. On the nose: Blackcurrant, cedar, bay leaf and milk chocolate. On the palate: Quite powerful yet elegant with cassis and blackcurrant, tobacco and cedar complexity and a fine, savoury finish.

From the western end of the Barossa famed for growing rich and structured wines. The combination of Malbec and Cabernet lends structure and body to the blend. Cabernet brings spice, cedar and dried herbs while the Malbec adds blue fruits and chalky tannins.
