'Favourite Son' is what we all aspire to be - youthful and rich! Heralding from the pristine soils of the Limestone Coast, this Shiraz Tempranillo blend highlights the soft, yet structured styles of each variety. Fresh lively Shiraz brimming with blackberry, raspberry and plum is complemented by rustic and earthy Tempranillo. With aromas of dark blackcurrant, cedar, milk chocolate and violets, this wine is mouth-filling and rich with a fine tannin.

It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Syrah 40% and Merlot 20%. Smooth and less harshness of the blend making the wine easy. It's splendidly fragrant and enticing with dark plum, cherry, clove and toasted almond notes, leading to a beautifully rounded palate displaying fleshy texture and silky flow. This fresh, tropical style is perfectly balanced with melon and passionfruit with a crisp citrus finish. An easy drinking style, perfect for any occasion WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our two vineyards within the Limestone Coast. The Coonawarra fruit brings great natural acidity and citrus freshness, whilst the Wrattonbully bring tropical fruit flavours. VINTAGE NOTE: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. The crop levels were moderate, with aslight frost in November reducing the white varieties significantly from previous years.The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours.

The shiraz is an intense fruit driven wine with abundant bright black fruit flavours and a rich round pallet. Lingering dark red fruit, spice and subtle oak completes this shiraz that is ready for immediate enjoyment and will continue to improve over the next 10 years.
