Langmeil Jackamans Cabernet Sauvignon has developed a deliciously intense perfume of blackcurrants and mulberry with rich dark chocolates after two years in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads. A powerful wine from mature vines.

The Bethany Cabernet Merlot from the Schrapel family's Bethany winery exhibits herbal blackberry and cherry flavours with subtle oak in the background. Drinking well now, but also can handle a little bit of medium term cellaring to really coax those soft, ripe tannins to infuse beautifully with its primary fruit.

Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.

Blue Rock Wines 2015 Eden Valley Cabernet SauvignonThe cool hills of our Eden Valley vineyard has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon of intense colour and rich flavour. This is an Australian Cabernet in a Bordeaux Style (Fruit driven with softer tannins). It has characteristic dark fruits, cassis and mocca chocolate aromas and flavours. The wine is further complexed by smoky, toasty and vanilla characters introduced by 24 months of ageing in American and French Oak. This wine will cellar well during which time the tannins will soften even further and developed fruit characters of chocolate and coffee will become more apparent.

The Christopher This wine is a selection of the two finest barrels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in the winery for each vintage. It is dedicated to a young aspiring winemaker who had the potential to become one of the Barossas best. A blend of the two varieties that the region is most famous for and the two that Chris enjoyed working with the most. The wine is full bodied with a long seamless structure and balanced tannins. The rich dark fruit flavours of ripe Plum and Blackcurrants coat the palate. Ray Jordan WinePilot calls it "a generous wine with excellent structure... Bursts with all manner of dark ripe berry characters from the first take on the nose through to the opulent concentrated palate." Dave Brookes in The Halliday Wine Companion gives it 94pts. "Dark berry compote and blueberry with hints of clove, bay leaf, roasting meats, licorice, dark chocolate, cedar and earth. A modern style with pure fruit leading the way, fine, powdery tannins in support and a long, velvet-like finish.” Sam Kim admires its "... excellent concentration, combined with velvety texture and multi-layered mouthfeel, finishing impressively long and satisfying. 96pts” (Sam Kim, Wine Orbit).

The deep purple colour is accentuated by vibrant red hues. This Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, with vibrant flavours of forest berries and plums with underlying savoury notes of spice French oak. The ripe berry characters flow smoothly onto the palate, combining with spices and vanilla oak and soft chewy tannins.

UTOPOS Cabernet Sauvignon, Barossa Valley Utopos is a project by Kym Teusner (Teusner wines) and Neil Panuja, making distinctly Barossan wines out of their vineyard. It is named Utopos in reference to the root word of Utopia, indicating just how special this vineyard is. The Cabernet is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Shiraz. Its made with fruit from vine planted in 2000, and aged in approximately 40% new French oak for 24 months.
