Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. This wine is dark intense textured and abounds with wonderful chocolate and mint characters.

Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.

In the glass: Deep garnet. On the nose: Blackcurrant, cedar, bay leaf and milk chocolate. On the palate: Quite powerful yet elegant with cassis and blackcurrant, tobacco and cedar complexity and a fine, savoury finish.

The Christopher This wine is a selection of the two finest barrels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in the winery for each vintage. It is dedicated to a young aspiring winemaker who had the potential to become one of the Barossas best. A blend of the two varieties that the region is most famous for and the two that Chris enjoyed working with the most. The wine is full bodied with a long seamless structure and balanced tannins. The rich dark fruit flavours of ripe Plum and Blackcurrants coat the palate. From the western end of the Barossa famed for growing rich and structured wines. The combination of Malbec and Cabernet lends structure and body to the blend. Cabernet brings spice, cedar and dried herbs while the Malbec adds blue fruits and chalky tannins.

2014 Orlando Bungalow Lane Cabernet Sauvignon,A dense wine with dark, brooding flavours. Assertive tannin combines with intense plum and chocolate to give a wine that will age gracefully.

Barossa Cabernet is lavishly dark and mouthfilling ... as you’ll see when you taste this luscious Gold-winning example. Classic, inky black colour with generous lashings of rich dark blackcurrant, forest fruits, chocolate with eucalypt mint and spice undertones.

Impenetrable midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olive escape from the glass trailed by some cigar box, bay leaf and spice. Rich blackcurrant and plum fruits are interwoven with a cedary tobacco, subtle black olive and spicy bay leaf characters. Fine grained tannins provide a sturdy support base. Concludes long, ripe and spicy. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14.2%

A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Shiraz matured in French oak hogsheads and barriques for 16 months. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum mix with liquorice, hints of cigar box, vanillin earth like notes and spice. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with notions of toasty vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco sitting underneath. A ripe sturdy tannin structure lends a robust feel to the lengthy finish. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14.6%
