Upholding the Wolf Blass tradition of expert blending, The Master was crafted from exceptional parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, selected by our winemakers to create a wine of rare distinction.

At Grant Burge wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was Ink.A highly varietal Cabernet with a dash of fortified wine displaying lush sweet fruit and spice that provides warmth and generosity.

2015 ’Pantelis’ Cabernet Sauvignon The Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and bears the name of the family patriarch. Pantelis Zachopoulos (1927-1998) immigrated to Australia from Greece in 1966 with his wife Olga and four children. His diverse agricultural knowledge was passed onto his children Michael, Nicholas and myself [Zissis]. In 1998 a few months before his passing we purchased and began establishing our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges. I decided to make this wine in his honor as a token of our appreciation for everything he has taught us. The wine has dark rich fruits, plum and blackcurrant with a touch of typical Cabernet herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is long and full with lovely dark chocolate, Mocca and cassis favours.

Full and rich in the mouth. Full bodied with a saturation of black and blue toned berries. Tannins are firm and fine grained with alcohol and acid nicely integrated into the structure of the wine. Complex flavours of preserved dark fruits overlaid with a suggestion of marzipan. A fresh, tight finish with hints of eucalyptus.

A classic Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon showcasing the region’s rich, ripe fruit and smooth oak integration. Bursting with blackberry and blackcurrant flavours, with subtle notes of vanilla spice. Exceptional value, perfect to enjoy with red meats, hearty winter dishes, or simply on its own.

Langmeil Jackamans Cabernet Sauvignon has developed a deliciously intense perfume of blackcurrants and mulberry with rich dark chocolates after two years in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads. A powerful wine from mature vines.

Producing only genuinely Estate wines, Greenock Creek is the lifelong labour of Michael & Annabelle Waugh. These wines are typically full of intense Barossan power, often paired with the heat to boot.
