A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Shiraz matured in French oak hogsheads and barriques for 16 months. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum mix with liquorice, hints of cigar box, vanillin earth like notes and spice. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with notions of toasty vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco sitting underneath. A ripe sturdy tannin structure lends a robust feel to the lengthy finish. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14.6%

Full and rich in the mouth. Full bodied with a saturation of black and blue toned berries. Tannins are firm and fine grained with alcohol and acid nicely integrated into the structure of the wine. Complex flavours of preserved dark fruits overlaid with a suggestion of marzipan. A fresh, tight finish with hints of eucalyptus.

The deep purple colour is accentuated by vibrant red hues. This Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, with vibrant flavours of forest berries and plums with underlying savoury notes of spice French oak. The ripe berry characters flow smoothly onto the palate, combining with spices and vanilla oak and soft chewy tannins.

A standout from the stellar 2018 vintage, this bold Barossa red is a masterclass in Australian winemaking. A powerful blend of 64% Shiraz and 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, it draws fruit from two iconic regions - 52% Barossa and 48% Coonawarra - delivering depth, character, and serious ageability. Aged for 17 months in French oak (76% new), this inky, full-bodied red is bursting with flavour. Expect rich notes of blackcurrants, cloves, soy, aniseed, graphite, dark chocolate, and coffee grinds, all seamlessly woven together.
