Strong Cabernet traits of black coffee, dark mint chocolate and earthy notes, whilst the Barossa Shiraz shines through the glass with aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice. Vibrant and complex, the Cabernet notes continue on the palate, whilst the thick and luxurious Shiraz provides lovely dark cherry and spice with a smook as cream finish.

The Barossa we love today was heavily influenced by the Barossa Deutsche. Their legacy can still be clearly seen in the patchwork of vineyards across the Valley floor today.Using only fruit from a friends old vines, the 2017 Vintage was matured for 2years in a blend of French and American oak. Black Cherries are apparent on the nose, backed-up on the palate by cassis and spice-laden chocolate. From the western end of the Barossa famed for growing rich and structured wines. The combination of Malbec and Cabernet lends structure and body to the blend. Cabernet brings spice, cedar and dried herbs while the Malbec adds blue fruits and chalky tannins.

2017 Clifton Estate Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon, Deep red with hints of garnet at the edge of the glass. Blackcurrant and liquorice fruit paired with subtle leaf and savoury spice on the nose. The palate is ripe and rich with balanced fruit and oak. Varietal flavours of cassis, nutmeg and plum lead to fine grained, savoury tannins.

A classic Australian blend of Cabernet and Shiraz. Typically rich, dense, with red berries complexity and dark chocolate notes. Full-bodied. Defnitely a long palate. A classic for good reasons.

Upholding the Wolf Blass tradition of expert blending, The Master was crafted from exceptional parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, selected by our winemakers to create a wine of rare distinction.

Sourced from premium vineyards within the Barossa valley, this wine has been matured for fifteen months in seasoned and new French and American oak barrels. This wine displays aromas of black cherries, blackberries with hints of plum and varietal leafy notes. The palate is rich and full bodied, with layers of dark berries and soft chalky tannins.

Impenetrable midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olive escape from the glass trailed by some cigar box, bay leaf and spice. Rich blackcurrant and plum fruits are interwoven with a cedary tobacco, subtle black olive and spicy bay leaf characters. Fine grained tannins provide a sturdy support base. Concludes long, ripe and spicy. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14.2%

A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Shiraz matured in French oak hogsheads and barriques for 16 months. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum mix with liquorice, hints of cigar box, vanillin earth like notes and spice. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with notions of toasty vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco sitting underneath. A ripe sturdy tannin structure lends a robust feel to the lengthy finish. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14.6%
