This blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Pinot Gris has been blended to create a beautiful wine made to be enjoyed chilled. the Limestone Coast Pinot Noir has been blended with the Barossa Shiraz and Pinot Gris which are co fermented. This results in a light, bright blend that displays lifted notes of raspberry and blackberry jube with hints of mint. The resulting palate defies the appearence and bright bouquet with long, fine tannis adding wonderful balance and persistence which becomes a highlight of this wine.

Penfolds Bin 138 GSM

Bin 138 is inspired by the wines of Southern Rhône, where Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro are blended to create full-bodied wines. Each year fruit for Bin 138 is sourced from old Barossa Valley vines (some more than 100 years old) and matured for 12 to 15 months in seasoned oak hogsheads to allow the different varietals to shine through. Bin 138 is defined by its distinctive plum, raspberry pastille and underlying spicy notes. The first vintage release of this varietal blend was the 1992, labelled Old Vine Barossa Valley it was then elevated to Bin status for the 1998 vintage. Medium-bodied and refined, expect an initial outer husk of berried flavours followed by a mid-palate burst of fruits. Lark Hill Scuro Sangiovese Shiraz

"Scuro" is a blend of Sangiovese and Shiraz from our Dark Horse Vineyard, co-harvested and co-fermented. Scuro (meaning "Dark") is named for both its Italian roots and for the impressive dark colour that took us by surprise during fermentation. Extended maturation in French Oak Hogsheads has resulted in a powerful and generous wine with a deep ruby hue, rich palate and great cellaring potential. Certified Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan-suitable.

Hither & Yon Carignan

One of the very few examples of Carignan produced in Australia. This is the first release of this wine from Hither & Yon and it's really approachable already.Bright purple in the glass. Perfumed nose of black cherry, plum and black pepper. Light to medium weight with a fresh core of fleshy black fruits and tart red berries with good balance of acid and tannin crunch. An excellent young-drinker.

Clarendon Hills Domaine Clarendon BDX

2016 Clarendon Hills Domaine Clarendon BDX Deep Crimson. A harmonious combination of forrest floor, polished wooden furniture, chocolate shavings with understated blackcurrant and blackberry fruit in what is a very low altitude, reserved expression. As the glass evolves the altitude of perfume slowly rises and a bouquet of cedar, roast almond, leather boot and blackcurrant liqueur finely interlace and create something quite unique and sophisticated. There is careful attention to detail across this finely polished and creamy smooth palate that evidently reflects the 40% Merlot inclusion. Layers of pure black fruit, earthy olive tapenade and subtle degrees of cigar tobacco, roast almond and baking spice nuance throughout this classical styled composition.

Pietradolce Pietradolce Etna Rosso

Mount Etna is Europes highest volcano and one of the worlds most active. a Muntagna, as the locals call it, is rich in mineral components and the microclimate cool nights, warm days and wide ranging temperature variations endow the wines with extraordinary richness, minerality, fragrance and depth. Pietradolce, meaning sweet stone, was founded in 2005 by Michele Faro and his family. 100% Nerello Mascalese from Solicchiata on the Northern side, albarello grown at 600 metres. 18 days on skins and a brief three months in tonneaux, this is a lighter framed Rosso for drinking over the short to medium term. The red fruits here are crunchy and refreshing with floral, tobacco and minerally notes, the palate fine and elegant.
