The Scarborough Offshoot Vermentino starts with aromas orange blossom, grapefruit, green pear and a hint of germanium. The full palate has lively acid followed by grapefruit and pears with a long crisp finish showing raw almonds and ginger.

The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel. Vintage Note: The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whislt the young wine gives freshness.
