The first ever release of Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a marriage of ten different casks, each selected for their individual flavour profiles to create a uniquely Tasmanian spirit much more than the sum of its parts. Each brandy in this batch was aged for between nine and ten years in various French Oak ex-tawny and American oak ex-Bourbon casks, distilled from a wide variety of Tasmanian wines including chardonnay, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot to achieve incredible complexity. Lighter and more citrusy than Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask, Double Cask remains a beautifully full-bodied brandy with an intriguing balance of topical and savoury

Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar, maltose, tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak & coffee beans; medium wood intergration, then finish with a sweet aftertaste of maltose. Very smooth, rounded full pallet and easy to drink.

This is a new artisan craft Gin from a historical 1865 distillery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori in Japan. Hand crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients. Specific botanicals such as (yuzu citrus, Hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera) are used to the base spirit shocho distilling technology cultivated over many years. This is in addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon). St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old is a deep amber in colour.The nose is a myriad of crýme caramel, toffee apples and Christmas cake with underlying chocolate, apricots and almonds. The palate is long with ethereal rancio characters of truffle, walnut, chocolate and poached pear.
